Very interesting.

The spotlight gives a wonderful contrast from the darker surroundings, focusing your attention on the man even though he is not centered.

He is dressed as a very clean-cut and well-mannered man, using a fashion from our history that reminds us of a time where that customary.

His colorful apparel suggests this man is some sort of performer or other business man where a sharp and flashy suit would do him well.

The look on his face is one of genuine concentration, as though he is lost in thought about the day's events. A dark surrounding and the shot glasses hints that his day is nearly an end.
